The Guard & Warden Service House Ltd was incorporated in 1999 in response to the Guard & Warden Act of 1996. The company is licensed to offer the services of local wardens and private guards together with security consultancy services. Its aim is to offer quality service in its areas of competence to local councils, corporate companies and any individuals who may require such services. In order to achieve this objective the company whose head office is located in Msida, with a branch office in Gozo, has a fully functional Control Room with state of the art technology to support its endeavours, administrative offices and training facilities all of which assist in the provision of high quality service to all its clients.

The company forms part of the KDM Group of Companies and employs over 150 people, with Kenneth De Martino as the Chief Executive. All the companies operate in a service environment having the same objectives, which are to offer quality service to all their clients.
