Accident Reporting

e-TarsLocal wardens are trained specifically to take the required reports at the site of a traffic accident. All wardens undergo training in handling persons suffering from shock and basic first aid. Once a call is received in the control room of The Guard & Warden Service House Ltd., all the details are taken and recorded electronically.  In cases of injured parties or government property, the police are notified and they will then take over the report.  In all other instances, a local warden is dispatched to the scene of the accident in order to write the report.    These reports are subsequently brought back to base where an electronic version is sent out to the respective Insurance Agency.  This is normally issued within 48 hours of the traffic accident.
